Well... This whole "Black Witch" thing is a little too far-fetched to understand. Like if someone were to rob a bank would you honestly blame a witch possessing the person to rob the bank or blame the person for making the decision on their own to take money that they can't have? It would sound too fairy tale-like to say a "witch" was behind a crime.

Besides... You can't tell the police to arrest a witch. That would make you a laughing stock of the law!
